Webike Festival Rides Into Osaka
Motorcycles take center stage at Maishima Sports Island as Webike Festival comes to Osaka with custom machines, stunt riding, rider personalities, exhibitors, food trucks and free admission.
Some motorcycle shows are about standing back and admiring the newest machines. Webike Festival is considerably less interested in standing still.
The rider-focused festival comes to Osaka on Sunday, September 20, filling Maishima Sports Island’s Sora-no-Hiroba with custom bikes, motorcycle brands, gear, personalities, food and a professional stunt show. The outdoor festival runs from 9:00–15:00, and admission is free.
One of the day’s biggest attractions should also be the loudest. Professional stunt rider OGA will perform a live stunt show, bringing the kind of two-wheeled tricks generally best left to somebody who does this for a living. He’ll be joined by motorcycle personalities and 21 motovloggers gathering at the festival throughout the day.
The machines themselves get plenty of attention too. The new Webike Custom Contest is open to everything from compact 4-mini bikes to full-size machines, with no engine-displacement limit. Up to 20 finalists will be displayed at Maishima, and visitors become the judges, scanning QR codes to vote for the custom bike they think deserves the crown.
Then there are the manufacturers and motorcycle businesses filling the exhibitor area with bikes, parts, accessories and gear. Visitors can work their way through the booths with the free Webike Quiz Rally, answering motorcycle questions by smartphone for Webike points and chances to win prizes along the way.
And if looking at motorcycles isn’t enough, Royal Enfield is bringing its test-ride caravan to Osaka, giving riders an opportunity to get aboard machines from its current Japanese lineup. That makes Webike feel notably different from a conventional indoor motorcycle exhibition: this is as much about riding culture and participation as polished machines under exhibition lights.
Food is covered too. The announced lineup includes 10 food trucks, serving everything from burgers and steak bowls to jerk chicken curry, garlic shrimp, hot sandwiches and karaage-style zangi.
Webike has held its rider festivals elsewhere in Japan, but the 2026 Osaka edition brings that formula to Maishima, where an outdoor setting feels particularly suited to an event built around machines designed to move.
Come for the custom bikes. Watch someone considerably more talented perform tricks on one. Grab a burger. Then spend the rest of the afternoon explaining why your own motorcycle suddenly needs another accessory.
