Bakushoku Onsai returns to SENNAN LONG PARK from August 14–16, 2026, transforming Osaka Bay into a three-day celebration of international food, live entertainment, and cultural exchange. With free admission, visitors can spend the afternoon exploring cuisine, music, shopping, and performances representing around 50 countries and regions before watching the sun set over Osaka’s waterfront.
Created to continue the friendships and international connections sparked by Expo 2025, Bakushoku Onsai brings people together through shared experiences rather than exhibition pavilions. Visitors are encouraged to wander, discover, and interact as they explore international markets, artisan shops, cultural exhibits, and family-friendly activities that celebrate the traditions, creativity, and communities of countries from around the world. It’s less about following a schedule than discovering something unexpected around every corner.
Food and drink remain at the heart of the festival. Authentic vendors serve everything from Palestinian, Sri Lankan, Taiwanese, Sudanese, Belgian, and German specialties to Japanese regional favorites, while craft breweries including Brewpub Standard, Banri Brewery (万里春酒造), BAK, Pilsner Urquell, and Oishii Germany keep the taps flowing throughout the weekend. Whether you’re trying a dish you’ve never heard of or enjoying a locally brewed pint beside Osaka Bay, the festival encourages visitors to experience the world one bite—and one glass—at a time.
Entertainment carries the festival from afternoon into the evening. Headlining artists nobodyknows+, ET-KING, and Tsuyoshi (強) are joined by an international lineup that includes Toubabou Kan, Salia Camara, El Mestizo Dance Company, KARIN, Guldana, VIT, MC AMI, MC P-NUTZ, DJ B-BALL, and DJ YUMIKO. Hip-hop, world music, African drumming, flamenco, dance, DJs, and cultural performances keep the waterfront stages active throughout the three-day festival, creating an atmosphere that’s every bit as memorable as the food.
The waterfront setting gives the Sennan edition its own personality. Wide lawns, sea breezes, and open views across Osaka Bay create a relaxed summer atmosphere where visitors can move freely between food stalls, craft beer gardens, international shopping booths, and live stages before ending the day with sunset over the water. Exit the station and follow the pedestrian overpass toward Tarui Hamaguchi. SENNAN LONG PARK is approximately 15 minutes on foot.

Osaka Metro Midosuji Line → Namba Station
Transfer to the Nankai Main Line for Tarui Station. Approximately 1 hour 10 minutes, followed by a 15-minute walk.
JR Osaka Station
Take the Osaka Loop Line to Shin-Imamiya Station, then transfer to the Nankai Main Line for Tarui Station. Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, followed by a 15-minute walk.

There is no charge to enter the festival or enjoy the live music, cultural performances, and entertainment throughout the weekend.
