HYROX Osaka

Stamina Sprint through the City

HYROX arrives in Osaka with a three-day indoor fitness race at INTEX Osaka, combining 8×1 km runs and 8 workout stations in a global competition format that has surged in scale in recent years.

HYROX has grown into a major global fitness-racing series built around a single, standardized format: eight one-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional workout station. With dozens of events held worldwide each season, the race has evolved from a niche endurance challenge into a stadium-scale competitive spectacle.

For the first time, Osaka joins the HYROX calendar. AirAsia | HYROX Osaka takes place over three days at INTEX Osaka in Suminoe Ward, with all competition held indoors. The venue layout features a central run lane, clearly defined workout zones, professional judges, timing systems, and a dramatic finish-line sprint.

Competitors tackle the full HYROX sequence: a 1 km run followed by SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format rewards smart pacing and consistency, with late-race positioning often decided in the final stations.

Importantly, HYROX is designed not only as a participatory race but also as a spectator-friendly arena event. With continuous action, live MC commentary, music, and clearly defined viewing areas, it offers an engaging watch even for visitors who are not competing.

Osaka Debut: HYROX lands in Osaka on the Season 25/26 calendar.

Indoor Arena: INTEX Osaka delivers a weather-proof, stadium-style race floor.

Not Just Running: 8×1 km runs split by 8 functional workout stations.

Team Options: Choose Solo Open/Pro, Doubles (including Doubles Pro), or Relay.

Built to Watch — Arena layout, music, and MCs make this a true spectator event.
